This Policy does not replace a customer's responsibility to provide appropriate privacy notices to its employees, agents, callers, or other individuals.

Under the standard architecture, underlying Amazon Connect source analytics datasets remain in the customer's AWS environment.

Pixel72 may retrieve and process analytics query results to provide dashboards, reports, and other requested features.

Pixel72 may also store certain application data, including configuration records, saved analyses, dashboard definitions, and conversation history.

The fact that underlying source datasets remain within the customer's AWS environment does not mean Pixel72 processes no personal information.

Customers control which authorized data sources and AWS permissions are made available to Pixel72.

Pixel72 does not intentionally alter customer source analytics data through its standard read-only analytics functionality.
